Welcome to Little Miss Natusch. These terms apply when you use our website or purchase from our online store.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Miss Natusch, a New Zealand sole trader business based in Tauranga.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable laws.

If any part of these terms conflicts with rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights take priority.

Our products

We sell make-your-own sock puppet kits. Finished puppets shown in photographs are examples to inspire your creation, rather than finished products included with your purchase.

Please read each product description for the kit contents, recommended age, safety information and any tools or materials you need to supply.

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your right to receive products that match their description.

Age and safety

Purchases should be made by an adult.

Our kits are recommended for ages 5+ with adult supervision. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Please follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each kit. An adult should handle the hot glue gun, and scissors and other tools should be used safely according to their manufacturers’ instructions.

Scissors, a hot glue gun and hot glue sticks are not included unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and check your order before completing checkout.

Payment is required before dispatch. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.

If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable or there is another genuine issue, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order and no alternative is agreed, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable delivery charges.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to make changes once it has been packed or dispatched. This does not affect your statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes will be clearly shown before you complete checkout.

We may change prices or promotions for future purchases. Changes do not alter the price of an order already accepted.

Discounts apply only to the eligible products and conditions stated in the offer. Please check your order total before paying.

If we discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree on the next steps. Any correction or cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within New Zealand only.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for dispatch information, delivery estimates and shipping charges.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, but your rights to delivery within an agreed or reasonable timeframe still apply.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us. We will investigate with the delivery provider and work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can explain the next steps.

Customer accounts and website use

If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and your contact information current.

You must not use our website for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security or misuse another person’s information.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or unlawful conduct. This does not remove any rights relating to an existing purchase.

Reviews and submitted content

Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. Only submit text or photographs that you have permission to share.

By submitting a review or photograph through our review service, you give us permission to display it as part of that review on our website.

Please do not include sensitive information or children’s identifying details. We will seek separate permission before using customer photographs in other marketing.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, contains personal information or is unrelated to the product. We do not remove genuine reviews simply because they are negative.

Website content

Our branding, photographs, wording and designs belong to Little Miss Natusch or their respective owners.

You may browse our website and use purchased kits and their instructions for their intended purpose. Please obtain permission before reproducing our website content or kit instructions for commercial purposes.

Shopify and privacy

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly from Little Miss Natusch.

Shopify collects and processes personal information to operate the store, support transactions and provide related services. Where enabled, this includes enhanced services such as personalisation, performance improvements, fraud protection and advertising-related services.

Information submitted through our store is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, some of which may process information outside New Zealand.
